Mikko Keto, Chief Executive Officer of FLSmidth, has reported the sale of 20,884 shares at a total consideration of DKK 8,531,834.90 and now holds a total of 2,600 shares in the company. A statement showing more detailed trading in the shares issued by FLSmidth is provided below.
Towards FLSmidth, Mikko Keto has motivated his transaction as only pertaining to the settlement of certain tax obligations ahead of his planned relocation in connection with his departure from the company (ref. Company Announcement no. 44-2025).
