And your know-how and innovative mindset will take us from idea to action. In this journey, we see digitalization as the enabler towards zero emissions.

Express your passion for digitalization and innovation and, together, we will discover the sustainable solutions of tomorrow.

Our differences make us unique and stronger. Every day, you will work with colleagues from different cultures. You will be challenged to see things in a new way and you will experience why differences are a strength. We actively support diversity and inclusion. And we work for equality, ensuring that we all have an equal opportunity to make the most of our talents.

We know we can only drive success and excellence with competent, passionate and engaged employees. We know you want to be successful at work and at home, and together we can ensure that both our business goals and your personal aspirations are met.

Your safety, health and well-being, and that of your colleagues and customers, matters to us. We operate in heavy industries where safety is the priority. And this is why everyone is expected to stop any unsafe behaviour – and why you can always count on our full support in doing so. Together, we are committed to a safe working environment for all of us.

We believe we can develop the technology and gain the know-how to make that difference, tackling the climate challenge. It’s a big responsibility, and we have committed to do it. We have launched our ambition, MissionZero – enabling our customers to move towards zero emissions and zero waste in mining.

We need your skills, curiosity and drive for change to fulfil our goal. Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.
