Our experts are on your doorstep, and our service centers in Kazakhstan and Mongolia house the spare parts, machining facilities and repair shop you need to get back to proper and safe production.
Whether it’s an unexpected breakdown or a scheduled stop, time to change wear linings, or a once-in-a-decade part replacement, we have the facilities and experience to support you. Our impressive service centers house all the equipment needed to maximise uptime and availability.
Training is key to boosting productivity and efficiency. Which is why we’ve developed our Local Knowledge Transfer Program, to equip your teams with the knowhow they need to optimise your process. We offer customised, hands-on training programs and assessments to ensure maximum effectiveness. The results benefit the mine operators across the area.
We’ll send out as-new parts in OEM standard condition for a straightforward replacement, so you can carry on operating without disruption.
Meanwhile, your worn or damaged parts will be restored to as-new condition for use in another exchange.
